In order to minimize the possible spread of the coronavirus in prisons, it is proposed to establish requirements for people to enter these institutions.

Contact visits (both short-term and long-term) could take place if visitors are immune to COVID-19, whether they are sick or vaccinated.

Short non-contact visits would continue to be carried out under current conditions for managing the flow of people, maintaining a safe distance and other conditions necessary for the protection of public health, hygiene and the provision of necessary personnel. protective equipment.

Guiding activities are liberalized

The Minister of Economy and Innovation Aušrinė Armonaitė proposed another amendment regarding guided tours.
