This principle “is the basis for evaluating the conformity of the processing of personal data with the other principles of processing of personal data provided for in Article 5 (1) of the TDCA”.
“The processing of personal data in violation of the above principles poses a potential threat to the proper exercise of the data subject’s rights,” the press release said.
The VDAI, taking into account the results of the monitoring, stated that it had made the decision to temporarily suspend the processing of personal data carried out by the Quarantine application.
The Quarantine application data is managed by the National Center for Public Health and managed by the Latgala company.
