According to the case, it was established that the Lithuanian Criminal Police Office had received information from the US National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that an Internet user registered in Panevėžys had sent two videos to another person using a video application. “I usually spend time online on Facebook, I also listen to music, watch movies, read the news,” said Darius V.
The man said that by using the Facebook chat app, he often communicates with his “Facebook friends,” although he hasn’t even seen some of them. But, according to Panevėžys, he and his “friends” have the same interests.
“I like to watch pornography on the Internet; I watch adult pornography and I’m not really interested in pornography with children,” said Darius V. – Sometimes I download porn videos from various sites, but rarely, because those posts are usually sent to me Facebook friends. They are on my friends list, I exchange posts with them, I communicate with them very briefly, hello, etc. “
The man admitted that he is a member of two closed groups, the members of this group send various pornographic recordings using the Messenger application.
“There are also other chat sites that I participate in, where I also receive various pornographic recordings, which can only be viewed by people belonging to our secret groups,” the suspect confessed to officials.
Darius V. did not hide that some members of the groups like to share videos of minors or minors.
“I don’t see child pornography at all, I always delete those records if I see that they have been uploaded to the group,” the man continued. “I like to see scenes filmed by men and women, although men interest me more.”
When asked if he had sent videos to other people, Darius V. did not deny it, but assured that only adults were filmed in these recordings. When officials showed him information from US officials that Darius V. had sent two videos of sexually exploited children to another 52-year-old man living in Lithuania, he said: “I don’t know this person, he’s just my Facebook friend.
