During the pre-trial investigation, S. Filipavičius was also accused of illegally participating in large-scale financial activities: lending money for interest to individuals and legal entities. However, S. Filipavičius was acquitted by the Anykščiai Palace of the Utena District Court in a sentence announced today regarding this activity.
