The draft document also recalls that “Lithuania, led by the President of the Supreme Restorative Council Seimas Vytautas Landsbergis, won the historic victory.”
The Seimas resolution proposes to express “the greatest respect for the defenders and victims of Lithuanian freedom, the tragic one on the night of January 13, who defended the freedom and independence of Lithuania.”
