The idea for everyone to sing their national anthem at the same time was born in 2009. Traditionally, TV3 will air a holiday event and remind us of a decade-long tradition of singing a hymn.
This beautiful initiative has already become a living tradition of our generation. This year, the wave of the national anthem caused by the Baltic Sea will disappoint all of Lithuania and the world.
Mindaugas Rainys, Mindaugas Stasiulis and historian Mindaugas Nefas will greet you from the Palanga Bridge during the live broadcast.
The country’s renowned artists and singers will also perform at the concert: Žilvinas Žvagulis, Irena Starošaitė, Linas Adomaitis and many others.
It is true that the Lavrinovich brothers will not miss this show either, which will talk about singing the hymn before the competition.
All Lithuanians in all corners of the world on July 6. 9 p.m. You are invited to come together and sing the Lithuanian “National Anthem” together. The tradition started by TV3 has become national during this time: the people singing the hymn on July 6 already have their usual parties and companies, and “National Anthem” it is sung with friends, family or like-minded people everywhere, on the streets, at home and even in the most remote corners of the world.
