After almost two days of work under the mansion’s autumnal sky, during the “Love Arches 2020” wedding arch decoration contest 15 arches almost three meters high were created, decorated with the most famous Lithuanian flower names in the world. world, inspired by fall, romance and Shakespearean wedding themes.
After lengthy discussions, three winning teams and two additional nominations were selected by the competent committee, led by the florist and florist teacher Natalia Učvatova. On behalf of the chairwoman of the commission Natalija Učvatova, the chairwoman of the council of the Union of Florists of Lithuania Daiva Gasiūnienė, the photographer Evaldas Lasis and the representatives of the mansion, it was decided that the most impressive wedding arch of this year was created by “Florists on the border”. The participants decorated for wedding arches in the mansion were able to use everything found in nature: from tree branches, moss, stones to the most beautiful flowers, various floristic elements, details. Survival is a very important requirement for the arches, so it was important to choose plants so that they did not develop, and the works could be admired in the surroundings of the mansion for at least two weekends.
