“Yesterday we had two cases for masks: in the Kaunas shopping center and Marijampolra Regitra (…) a fine of 250 euros was imposed in Kaunas, and in Marijampolė – 500 euros,” said Revita Janavičiūtė, chief specialist of the Department of Communication from the Police Department.

According to her, nine people were punished in the country on the last day for violating the self-isolation rules. Six of them were written by officials of the State Border Guard Service, two by police officers and one person was sanctioned by specialists from the National Center for Public Health.
