To keep the participants safe this year, each distance except the marathon, the 1km run, and the kids’ run, has two separate starts. As a result, the event takes place this year over two days: Saturday and Sunday.

Today, the shorter distance participants ran in Vilnius: Rimi Rinkis sveikiau 5 km, BeActive child race participants and Vilnius Healthier participants 1 km distance.

Summing up the results of Rimi “Rinkis sveikiau” two 5km starts, Aivaras Čekanavičius (00:16:13) probably topped the track in the men’s category, and Ieva Serapinaitė (00:19:29), a modern Lithuanian pentathlete , was the most likely among women. Second place went to Arnas Gabrėnas (00:16:15) and Akvileas Bučytė (00:19:42).

A total of 1,670 participants took part this year in the Rimi “Choose Healthier” 5km distance.

4.30 pm Vilnius Healthier 1 km participants started at Gytis Andreikėnas (00:03:01) and Eleonora Višnevskytė (00:03:35) probably crossed the track.

This distance was covered by 728 participants.

The event will continue tomorrow: on Sunday, the long-distance runners of the marathon, Rimi half marathon and All We People 10 km will start in Vilnius.
