The National Center for Public Health (NVSC) reports that a person with coronavirus infection (COVID-19), who left the hospital in Kaunas today, was found in the Lazdijai district. A person from the Kaunas to Seirijai bus station was found to be taking a bus on the Kaunas – Kapčiamiestis – Druskininkai route. They drove from Seirija on passenger cars. Therefore, NVSC asks those who have contacted this person to contact NVSC specialists by phone 8 618 79984 (during business hours).

The NVSC provides information on where, based on currently collected data, the person visited.

According to the NVSC, the person lived on the street for some time, so he was able to communicate with a variety of people. To prevent the spread of infection, it is necessary to quickly identify possible contacts, which requires the mobilization and citizenship of all people in this situation.

From July 17. until July 20. According to the data collected, the person infected with COVID-19 lived on the street, possibly near Palemono str. (Elder of Petrašiūnai, Kaunas).

July 20 around 10-12 p.m. Piliakalnio Street, in building 12A near the Kaunas train station, was called an ambulance (GMP). Upon arrival at GMP, the crew said the person was accompanied to the car by two other people who had been with him.

July 23 around 10-11 p.m. the person visited the Medical Bank (Donelaičio St. 76, Kaunas).

July 23 around 1:10 p.m. a person from the Kaunas bus station took a bus on the Kaunas – Kapčiamiestis – Druskininkai route.

July 23 15-16 p.m. a person from Seiriai was driving passenger cars.
