“The specialists will check whether the data provided in the questionnaire matches the personal data, so all passengers are encouraged to provide the data responsibly and honestly. According to public health specialists, this will ensure hassle-free data verification at airports and seaports.
NVSC specialists, after evaluating the first data, also noted that about 80 percent. passengers arrived or returned to Lithuania without taking the COVID-19 test.
NVSC reminds that passengers must have documents proving that they have been tested for COVID-19 before arriving in Lithuania (48 hours before arrival). If a person plans to take the test in Lithuania, it is recommended that they register in advance for the test with the Coronavirus 1808 Hotline.
If passengers fail to do so, NVSC specialists will register them for mobile coronavirus testing at mobile points.

Documents must be translated into Lithuanian, English or Russian.
The NVSC reminds that 14 days of isolation are mandatory for people from any country. It is possible to shorten it no earlier than 10 days after a self-funded test for COVID-19 and a negative response.
