For me it was very important that the new house had a piece of land, a terrace. Everyone knows how much I enjoy grilling on the terrace, being with family and friends, and doing it by the sea will be an even greater pleasure. We agreed with the contractors that I would also prepare a joint landscaping project for the apartment block, I feel a lot of responsibility and I am already living in it. Everyone knows how much time I spend decorating the environment near the house. Everyone else will be able to see and build the house of their dreams together on the “road to the sea” social network.
