Almost half of the area of ​​the new shopping center is occupied by 2.4 thousand. kv. hyper store “Rimi” of area m with 11 regular checkouts and self-service. In front of the grocery store there is a pizzeria, bakery, pharmacy, clothing, pet supplies, fishing tackle, bread and beverage stores, cold tea coffee. There is also a non-contact self-service laundry on the territory of the shopping center. A large car park with two entrances awaits those who arrive at the supermarket with their own vehicle: 120 spaces.

According to M. Miseliūnas, despite the challenges that arose during the development of the project, related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the shopping center project was successfully implemented.

“We were not only the authors of the analysis and concept of this project, but we also participated in its development process, where challenges were not lacking. With the start of the coordination of the technical design of the shopping center, processing the documents for obtaining a building permit, the world was hit by the COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine was soon announced in Lithuania. The situation was truly extraordinary, many traders faced operating restrictions and we only began to sign leases last spring, when an atmosphere of uncertainty and uncertainty prevailed. However, from the beginning, the tenants saw the potential of the project, evaluated the long-term perspective and did not withdraw from the negotiations, ”says M. Miseliūnas.

The entire useful area of ​​the commercial building was leased six months before the opening of the commercial center.

According to M. Miseliūnas, in the event of a pandemic, there were also threats due to possible delays in construction works. Still, all processes were managed successfully and the project was completed on time.

Currently, in the shopping center, located at Vingio str. 31, only those stores and establishments that are authorized to do so under the pandemic management measures. All vendors and service providers located in the shopping center comply with the requirements established by the Government to limit the flow of visitors, guarantee enough commercial space per visitor, etc.
