“The desire to own a home is very common in all families. We are no exception either: we wanted a house where we felt safe, we could fulfill our fantasies, and the house could be furnished the way we wanted. We are very happy with the purchase and are looking forward to when we can stay here, ”said M. Kvietkutė.

Monika and her friend’s cabin is two stories high, and the third will feature an attic, according to the press release.

“This dwelling is my and David’s purchase. We also contribute to its appearance and installation. We do all together. We plan to spend our future together. I am not inclined to launch sentences of what we will be for the rest of our lives. But my friend doesn’t let me think negatively, he always encourages me and puts bad thoughts aside. With him, I feel safe, buying a shared house is a very thoughtful step. Of course, there is no home without smoke. However, we try very hard to adapt to each other, we talk a lot. I hope that all is well for us and that we are together for the rest of our lives, ”says M. Kvietkutė about their relationship.

Of course, the woman entrusted the care of the interior of the house to an interior designer. If all goes according to plan, M. Kvietkutė plans to stay at the cabin at the end of November. The most important thing for her – to celebrate Christmas and the New Year in a new home.

“I wanted Gabriel to spend as much time as possible outdoors. Therefore, we chose a cabin instead of an apartment. We also have a dog, so living in an apartment, you need to get up early, take him outside. And here we can spend in our yard. Although we live right next to Vingis park, we were isolated at home during the quarantine, between the four walls. If the situation were to happen again, we would not be so scared: we have our own backyard. In summer, we will fill the pool, it will always be fun to be in nature, ”said M. Kvietkutė, who bought a house in the Antežeriai neighborhood.

M. Kvietkute especially liked the fact that the entire territory of the neighborhood is closed, no strangers can enter. The woman laughed that now she couldn’t justify herself for not going to the gym. There are outdoor exercise machines for adults right next to the cabin, so there is no excuse for sports, there will be no more time in life.

“I wanted my son to spend safe time with his classmates. When the area is fenced in and you see the playground through your windows, you are not afraid to let the child go out to the yard alone. I am very happy that we have many neighbors. I hope we all agree and communicate well ”, said the interpreter happily.
