The Minister of Education, Science and Sports Jurgita Šiugždinienė, who presented this proposal to the Cabinet of Ministers, declared that this practice would also be applied in the spring.
“This practice was used during the spring quarantine, when the service was provided to about 600 primary school children. The number would be similar now,” said the minister.
The politician said that the municipalities already know what the mechanism is.
“We have also spoken with the association of municipalities and received their approval,” said J. Šiugždinienė.
