Well-known opera soloist Merūnas Vitulskis, for whom the past six months have been excruciatingly difficult, will share his family’s extremely sensitive story on KK2 Friday.
“I lost half my family this year. My stepfather died this year, my grandmother died, and my uncle died. Those people were very incredible, they gave me a lot, my life. And I will never forget those people. These three deaths occurred very abruptly. And that surprise effect is probably the scariest. If you took care of your loved one in the hospital, you would start to adjust and in my case, no one had time. One by one all of a sudden 3 people left, ”said Merūnas, who is still struggling to recover from the loss of her loved ones.
The opera soloist says he has a great understanding of people suffering from depression or experiencing emotional breakdowns when turning to professionals, according to the press release.
“My mother and my wife were depressed. I know very well what this is and how important help is ”, said the interpreter.
At that time, singer Iglė Bernotaitytė will admit that her sudden fame had caused her uncontrollable emotional stress.
“I was lying in bed all day. I didn’t even get up to get the computer, even going to the bathroom was suffering. While most of my peers envied me for my fame, inside I was very unhappy. Of course, the negative comments that I read and believed sacred that I was as bad as others write about me also contributed to that. It all ended with having to take medication and go to psychotherapists ”.
