“At the entrance of the Maxima stores, there will be employees with special vests who will scan the QR codes of the opportunity passports and review other documents that are equivalent to the opportunity passport. According to E.Dapkienė, in case of questions, the persons who inspect the documents have the right to ask the buyer to present an identity document together. 58 stores will be inspected by Maxima and security companies, and 17 stores will be inspected by building managers. Opportunity passports will be reviewed during store hours. Two employees are scheduled to work in the Maxima stores during peak hours, who will review all documents.

Already the weekend in stores where from September 13. Opportunity Passports will be reviewed, we will begin to inform buyers so that they experience the least possible inconvenience on Monday. Those who do not have the necessary documents will be directed to other nearby Maxima stores. Children under the age of 16 are admitted without a passport according to the instructions of the Government, ”says E. Dapkienė.

A representative of the Maxima shopping center also recalls that with the new order in stores where buyers can only buy with the Opportunity Passport, the use of masks continues to be a recommendation: “However, we hope that buyers will disinfect their hands and wear masks. “
