The telecommunications company also fully covered all the costs of the mobile communication and the equipment of the voluntary call center that would be formed.

The goal of the “Let’s Work Together” initiative is to create at least 50 additional jobs for epidemiological research on our own.

In the first phase, 20 selected employees have already started working in the call center. The team should expand in the near future.

Volunteers are fully trained to work with the National Center for Public Health (NVSC); their work is coordinated by representatives of the center. They also have all the necessary work and safety equipment.

Additional call center teams will work on a continuous schedule, ensuring uninterrupted assistance seven days a week.
