One of the greatest footballers of all time in the world has wowed crowds of fans with his magic with the ball on the field and colorful character off the field, despite his misguided personal life.
Maradona died this Wednesday after a heart attack and was buried on Friday when thousands of people flocked to say goodbye to the Argentine capital with the icon of their country.
Among them were two twins: Mara and Dona.

There has never been any doubt about what to name the girls, said their father, Walter Rotundo, who himself tattooed a picture of Maradona on his back and proudly displayed a photograph of a beloved soccer star hugging his newborn girls.
Walter said the decision to name the twins came after the 1990 World Cup, after seeing the attacker’s tears after Argentina lost 0: 1 to West Germany.
He told his wife Stella Maris Pérez on the first day of their meeting that if they ever had two daughters, they would be named after the Argentine soccer star.
Maradona has quasi-idol status in Argentina, where the nickname “D10S” is a combination of the Spanish word “God” and his famous number 10 jersey.
Mara and Dona have their Argentine jerseys with the number 10 and names on them.

Mara, older than her sister by a minute, assured her that she liked her name and the history that surrounded her.
“I find it a very nice name, and I like to know even more why it is for me. I feel like the name is great, ”he said.
Dona said Maradona’s death was a shock.
“I can’t believe he died and why he died,” said the girl. “He was a very good man, he didn’t deserve it.”
