In short, it is as if one could conclude that nothing substantial has happened in Ukraine during those years.
But what really happened, maybe not, is what even the experts who have seen the changes are talking about in public. Viktor Yanukovich, who fled Russia to Russia after the Maidan Revolution, returned to Ukraine. And it is he who constantly wanders behind the back of V. Zelensky himself, who is undoubtedly the face of Ukraine now.
