The video shows Mr. Lukashenko entering the hall. He took off his mask. It is received by a doctor.

“I see a new person. When everyone can say hello 10 times with these monkeys … Are you treating people here?” Lukashenko turned to the doctor.

“It’s a red zone,” replied the woman.

“So I have to put on a mask?” Lukashenko asked.

“Yes,” he replied.

Only then did Lukashenko put on a respirator. Gloves were also offered. He took them, but did not fall asleep.

At that time, the doctor continued the story: she reported that 63 patients were being treated in the ward.

“Show him how you treat,” Lukashenko said.

A little later, a photo of Lukashenko interacting with a patient appeared on the same Telegram channel. He was not wearing gloves, as you can see.

Mr. Lukashenko, who visited the hospital, was also shown the lungs of a COVID-19 patient.

On Thursday it was announced that 1,563 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus infection have been detected in Belarus per day, as well as the deaths of nine more previously infected patients.

The total number of COVID-19 cases detected in the country rose to 130,012 and the number of victims of the epidemic rose to 1,128, the ministry added. The day before, 1,496 newly diagnosed infections and the deaths of eight patients were reported.

The Health Department added that by Thursday morning, the number of people hospitalized and recovered by COVID-19 had risen to 108,769, of which 1,317 had been discharged on the last day. To date, 3,158,352 tests have been conducted in the country for coronavirus infection.

Lukashenko has repeatedly denied the threat of a coronavirus, calling the strict quarantine measures in Europe “coronary psychosis.”

Lukashenko has claimed to have contracted COVID-19 himself, but later claimed to have been specifically infected.

“An investigation is underway on who was infected with the coronavirus,” Lukashenko told reporters in Minsk in August.

The Belarusian president himself called the disease curable, “but disgusting.” And speaking of his state during the illness, he said that he felt like a “hedgehog in the fog” adding that he was “cured by force”.

August 6 Lukashenko said the coronavirus had “changed.”
“My home got sick and I had to go to the hospital to have a CT scan. And my doctor tells me: “Alexander Grigoryevich, dear, you left with that coronavirus. (…) and shows: here is the fireplace, here is the fireplace ”, he said.

“It just came to our notice then. My advantage, the advantage of the Manicans,” he said. Mr. Lukashenko also said that he was inclined to say that “it has changed me. And now I am going to look for the moment when it happened.”
