How to protect?
To protect against particulate matter, it is important to follow a few rules. We recommend that you refrain from playing sports, jogging or walking outdoors. If possible, try to get out of town (especially for the elderly and mothers with babies and people with bronchial asthma and other chronic respiratory diseases, as these groups of people are the most vulnerable). However, if you spend time outdoors, we recommend that you limit your time outdoors, to avoid more intense exercise, away from the big city streets, wearing disposable medical masks.
