An active and creative mother of three children, Deimilė, Aurėja and Matija, before the important holidays for the portal. People.lt opened my heart
A few days before the wedding, Laura and Šarūnas were not at all concerned. The Mazal family looked at everything simply, calmly. They both planned a church wedding for two years. The fifth anniversary of their civil union turned out to be a good time to legitimize their love for God.
“We never celebrate baptisms, birthdays, or even weddings. We have always tried to avoid excessive stress and do everything in a way that makes the preparation process that causes headaches for other people enjoyable for us. Even today, Šarūnas and I had breakfast and we were glad that a couple of days before the big party, there would be nothing left to discuss, ”the bride opened before the special day.
As confident as she spoke about her wedding, Laura walked to the altar on Sunday. The church wedding was his old wish.
“He often reminded me of my husband about the dream of getting married in church. I really didn’t just want to wear a white dress, I was raised as a Christian from childhood. When we met Šarūnas, her attitude on this subject differed from mine. I would not say that Šarūnas is an unbeliever, he only had a strong opinion on certain things and categorically refused to marry in the house of God. Over the past five years, our family has had many challenges, and gradually Šarūnas’s attitude towards the church has changed. Perhaps the change was accelerated by the man’s relationship with the priest Algirdas Toliatas, who is extremely close to the man. At first, Šarūnas was interested in faith, and then he gradually joined me in the church community, ”Laura recalled.

She said that by refusing to legitimize love in the presence of God five years ago, she felt as if she had lost something.
“For me, a Christian man who sang in the church choir and appreciated all the rites, seemed wrong to me. Of course, I also saw no purpose in convincing Šarūnas, because such a step would require determination without outside intervention. I am very happy that the attitude of the man has changed and he has worried about the main moments of the celebration even more than I do. “
Laura and Šarūnas were planning a church wedding in 2019, but that year they had to postpone an important day: the plans changed.
“Then I thought that destiny had brought everything together in such a way that the celebration would go away when we commemorate the fifth anniversary of the union. And well, because the man kept urging me to wait for this opportunity, and he was already on fire that year. I admit it, I can’t wait, but life teaches me that. “

Since it took a dream to go, Laura had plenty of time to plan her special day.
“I had been searching for a dress model online for a long time, but I couldn’t find a designer with a similar design in Lithuania who could implement my idea. I had already decided to go to the tailor and show him a photo in the hope that he could sew something similar, but suddenly the wedding planner Laura Vagonė appeared in my life. She seriously asked if the seamstress was reliable or if she had seen her work. What if the dress looks bad and there is no time to change anything? A long time ago I dreamed of the perfect wedding dress: I lost how confused I was. I decided to look for other options as well. “
Laura soon remembered Sandra Šernė, one of the first interlocutors of her published “Mamų magazine”. It was at that moment that he separated from his colleague and took over his fashion business.

“I called and said I wanted a dress. Sandra invited me to come and speak. When she told me how they saw her and what she had to offer, the image she had was in the background. I am very grateful to her because Sandra sincerely put it all together, and after wearing the dress, I wanted to shed a tear. It is very rare when you live in a consumer society and you are surrounded by a great offer of a wide variety of clothes. Sandra Šernė has done a great job. ”

“We wanted the person who had a warm relationship with us to baptize our daughter in a sacred marriage. We try to fully experience what we are determined to take for this step ”, assured L. Mazalienė.
