It is suspected that during the Stichija festival in 2019, the artists were paid a different amount for the concert than that specified in the contract. Other documents (merchant contracts) may have been falsified.

The Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania establishes a fine or imprisonment of up to 7 years for bribery. The effect of trade is punishable by a fine or arrest, or imprisonment for up to five years. Forgery of documents is punishable by a fine or arrest, or a prison sentence of up to three years.

The case was transferred to the Panevėžys Regional Court.
