“STT officials will react to any such case when people, in order to avoid the vaccine, but to have opportunities for vaccinated people, try to illegally influence the employees of the vaccination center,” said Jovitas Raškevičius, first deputy director of STT . .

“We also urge medical staff and volunteers at the vaccination center not to keep silent about such bribery attempts and report to the Special Investigation Service,” he added.

The Ministry of Health (SAM) says it is important that such research be thorough, which will help clarify the health system.

SAM states that it has previously received similar information about attempts to falsify vaccination data and attempts to illegally influence vaccinators.

The pre-trial investigation is conducted by the Klaipėda Board of the STT and is controlled by prosecutors from the Organized Crime and Corruption Investigation Division of the Klaipėda Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
