A concert by the Kaunas City Symphony Orchestra was organized on the occasion of Happiness Day. The concert, which took place in the Great Hall of the Military Museum, was broadcast live, during which works by J. Naujalis, WAMozart, Á.Piazzolla, E.Grieg, EYHarburg, E.Chabro were performed.

“During the global pandemic, we began to have a different view of things that seemed natural to us in the past: meeting with friends, going to the movies or a performance, visiting galleries and museums, or watching a basketball game in a stadium full of fans.
As we have had to give it up for some time, the happiness ratio of many of us has also decreased. That is why, during this Day of Happiness, we talk and pay close attention to our emotions and feelings, and at the same time we invite you to get up and discover ways to creatively and safely illuminate your current daily life, ”said Irutė Tumaitė , the organizer of the Day of Happiness.
Since noon, not only the residents of Kaunas, but also the people from all over Lithuania were contacted directly by the “Marathon of Happiness” – shared good practices and success stories that touch on various aspects of our happiness and happiness.
