Karbauskis assures that sports clubs and other institutions are open in other places, and should not be considered closed until autumn: “If we say today in Lithuania that sports centers may not open until autumn, I do not imagine that other institutions will react. In evaluating the government’s actions to try to control the pandemic, R. Karbauskis added that the economy suffered considerable losses.
