When asked why he sued the courts so much, the interlocutor listed a number of reasons: complaints about the actions of officials alleging illegal decisions against him, as well as litigation with bailiffs or debtors.

V. Jokimas is litigating so much that he has repeatedly failed to file the complaints on time and the court refused to accept them late. It constantly appeals against such decisions and argues that it must be subject to time limits other than those provided by law.

“Due to long-term psychological torture, physical injuries suffered by police officers, my health has deteriorated, I am involved in many legal proceedings, the preparation of which requires a lot of time and effort”, V. Jokimas motivates this request in his demands.
