It also aims to abolish restrictions on the number of people in vehicles.

The number of people who can attend funerals is also increasing, from 10 to 50.

Exemptions for cafes and shops

Currently, restaurants, cafes, bars can be open until 9 at night, but it is planned to extend their activities until 10 at night. However, only the content of the opportunity passport will be able to enter them. No changes are foreseen for the discos; their activities should remain prohibited.

At the same time, the ban on supermarkets that do not have direct access to work from abroad on weekends is lifted.

In order to guarantee the proper reception of the official delegations, it is proposed to allow catering services for the members of the official delegations and the people who attend their reception. As before, no more than 150 spectators will be able to participate in the spectacular enclosed spaces, as before. And the events in the open spaces are a little more free, no more than 300 people will be able to participate in them.

The ruling establishes that in view of the possibility of returning to contact work for people with an “opportunity passport”, it is necessary to provide for the possibility for employers to verify the “passport” data of employees, since such possibility was provided. only for service providers.

“It is also clarified that people can also be vaccinated with one of the listed COVID-19 (coronavirus infection) vaccines (Comirnaty, COVID-19 Vaccine Moderna, COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen and Vaxzevria), which does not necessarily have to be registered in the Union Medicines Registry ”, states the draft decision.

It is proposed to allow the organization of experimental events in open and closed spaces where the event is attended by only people holding a “passport” for a total of no more than 2000. In addition to the conditions applicable to the events, all spectators and / or participants except COVID 19 (coronavirus infection) and the diagnosis was confirmed on the basis of a positive SARS-CoV-2 antigen or PCR test, and no more than 90 days have passed since the positive test, a COVID-19 (SARS – CoV -2 PCR test or antigen test) and has a negative response (COVID-19 tests are carried out by the event organizers).

Exemptions for saunas and swimming pools

The latest resolution proposes to allow sauna services to be provided in all places, limiting the number of people to 2 or providing services to members of a family and / or household, and when sauna services are provided only to people with passports , It is proposed not to limit the number of people.

At the same time, it is intended to further open the activities of the swimming pools, to allow the provision of swimming pool services to no more than 50 people (excluding service providers), guaranteeing 20 m2. area per person, visitor registration and other security measures. For group workouts, there could be a maximum of 5 people (excluding service providers) per pool lane. When pool services are provided only to people with passports, the requirements for the maximum number of people and the service area per person do not apply.

It is also proposed not to limit the number of people and not to apply the minimum area requirements per person when the services of sports facilities, sports clubs, gyms are provided to people with passports.

More excursions and tourist promotion

The resolution also liberalizes the activities of the guides, since no more than 25 people (excluding the guide) will be able to participate in said excursions, ensuring the pre-registration of the participants.

To promote inbound tourism, it is proposed to allow entry into the Republic of Lithuania of all foreigners who have been fully vaccinated according to the vaccination scheme with one of the following vaccines: COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen, after the second Comirnaty, COVID -19 Vaccine Moderna or Vaxzevria vaccine dose. This amendment is expected to go into effect on May 31.

However, due to the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus mutation in India, it is proposed to strengthen the requirements for COVID-19 testing for people returning to or coming to the Republic of India from the Republic of India, to require COVID-19 test for COVID-19 vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine (coronavirus infection).
