On Friday, the centre’s scientists are organizing a campaign in support of M. Jurkutė and aim to “draw attention to freedom of expression and the threat to freedom of investigation.”
A. Jakubauskas repeatedly rejected the accusations and accusations. In a public letter released Thursday, he said discontent was expressed by 17 employees of the center, that is, 12 percent of the total workforce.
“12% were dissatisfied. Workers?” Strengthening of political control, which restricts the autonomy of science and reduces the quality of research. “Question: Is there at least one” fact of political control “? The answer is no” said the head of the Genocide Center.
