Tehran agrees to pay compensation to Ukraine by Iranian forces in a mistake by dropping a Ukrainian passenger plane, said Abbas Mousavi, spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Lithuania.
Iran has agreed to pay compensation for the plane, but it will take time to implement the problem, as various technical and legal aspects cited the diplomat as the state news agency IRNA.

On Thursday, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba announced that bilateral talks on compensation had started in Kiev.

Mr. Kuleba said the process would not be easy, but we were working on the result to bring justice.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs will do everything possible to maximize compensation. This will at least reduce the close pain they have been living in for more than half a year. We will achieve justice no matter how much time and effort is required, the minister said.
