The real estate developer Inreal in the capital’s Nipiki district has completed the construction of an office building in Algirio94, in which it has invested 7.2 million. EUR.
Currently, around 60% of the 3,113 m2. m of construction area. The Inreal Vilnius office will run and search, and the developer will not reveal the other tenant.
The building will also house the stucco Caffeine Café and the Gotauto Dental Clinic.
Eight build with superstructure, 3,280 square feet. m total area of Inreal building construction started in 2019. It was designed by 2L Architects office, built by Naresta company from Vilnius.
The office building at Inreal is under construction for another managed business center, Business Home BH92, and a multipurpose project.
Currently, the company has two office buildings in Vilnius.
