While adults shared their impressions of the exhibition, interacted with the creator, children enjoyed outdoor entertainment, enjoyed huge “Wind Catching” bubbles, and music danced barefoot across the meadow. Some of the girls, like Jūratė herself, wore Gitana Design silk dresses, which are used to dye plants.
It was not by chance that the JurArt exhibition was held surrounded by nature. The author says that nature is his greatest inspiration, a source of creative ideas, and working on it is truly the most reliable therapy. So this exhibition also talks about the importance of nature for man, especially for a growing personality. Artistically conveys the sensitive connection between nature and the child.

According to Jūratė, the fast pace of life, the extremely frequent use of modern technologies, alienate people from nature. It takes away the opportunity to enjoy its smells, variety of colors, sounds, to feel peace in it. The woman is convinced that children in particular should spend more time outdoors, in forests, parks, because nature allows them to develop fully, physically, mentally and emotionally. According to psychologists, the natural world helps develop a creative, intelligent, responsible, curious and happy person.
In the photos of J. Vilkelė, who has been creating artistic photo shoots for ten years, it is often possible to see children and teenagers who have become characters from fairy tales. Images reminiscent of fairy tale images highlight the beauty of nature, help to better reveal the wonders of the environment, and show that man is an integral part of nature. While organizing photo sessions, Jūrate realizes that, in nature, children feel total freedom, burst with joy, and when they see the photos, they are even more excited with the desire to explore, to know the environment through various senses, look for undiscovered corners.

With this exhibition, JurArt wants to encourage more people to look back on nature, let it enter their daily lives not only during the quarantine period, teach children to know its riches, create an opportunity to feel its benefits.
Most of the photos from the exhibition were taken at the Vytautas Magnus University Botanical Garden in Kaunas. The heads of the botanical garden rejoiced in friendship with the photographer, whose works show a special love for nature and reveal the connection between man and nature.
Algirdas Tamulaitis helped create a special atmosphere of the event by playing the flute. The event was decorated by Epic Deco.
