The coronavirus currently has 18 doctors and 69 nurses, 10 and 22 in isolation, respectively.

A total of 3,162 people died in Lithuania from COVID-19. 6,141 deaths are directly and indirectly related to this infectious disease.

Reported on Friday 663 new cases of coronavirus and 13 deaths. New cases in Marijampolė, companies in other cities.
On Friday there was a slight rotation in the updated list of affected countries: The list of countries for which stricter isolation conditions apply was supplemented with four new countries and “dropped” with two.
A significant change will affect carriers: from now on, they will be subject to mandatory isolation, unless they only deliver or collect cargo or transit through our country. These changes will take effect on Monday, February 22, the Health Department announced.
On Friday A shipment of COVID-19 vaccines from the pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca arrived in Lithuania. This is the third and by far the largest batch of vaccines delivered by this manufacturer – it consists of 24,000. vaccine doses, according to a press release.
