Primary and secondary education – distance

Education in schools according to basic and secondary education programs is carried out remotely, except for students educated in special schools and special classes of general education schools according to basic education programs (individualized basic education), education secondary (development of social skills).

Non-formal education of children is carried out at a distance or detained.

Adult education and vocational training

Non-formal adult education and non-formal vocational training are also delivered remotely or suspended, with the exception of practical training in aviation, navigation and driving, as well as foreign language proficiency exams (credits) for incoming persons in foreign higher education institutions with a maximum of 5 people.

Vocational training, except for initial vocational training combined with a social skills program, and higher education studies are carried out remotely, ensuring flow management and necessary hygiene measures.

The portal tv3.lt recalls that the Government’s COVID-19 Committee and the Cabinet of Ministers strongly tightened the prohibitions in force during the quarantine on Monday.
