In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, Sodra has constantly asked people receiving pensions at home, especially for their own health, to opt for a pension in a bank account whenever possible.
Residents of quarantined areas can request a pension in a bank account by calling 1883. Other recipients can submit the request through their personal Sodra account or by visiting the nearest customer service department. It is necessary to register in advance and to follow all the rules of safety and personal hygiene.
However, part of the population chooses to receive a pension at home. Home delivery companies have taken all possible precautionary measures since the beginning of the first quarantine (March).
Employees wear masks or other face protection, disinfect their hands, and keep a safe distance. Beneficiaries are also asked to wear a mask, gloves and have their own writing instrument when they withdraw their pension, Sodra recalls.
