The employee said he signed the documents due to feelings of pressure and urgency.

“After the meeting, controversial ideas emerged. First, the crime was not due to bad incentives, but
using common sense to improve productivity. The device was completely turned off, that is, not only the switch of the device was turned off, but also the device itself from the outlet. Emergency fuses also tripped. I want to emphasize that turning the machine off in this way would not turn on by itself, so the possibility of serious injury does not exist, in my opinion.
