The portal of the largest sports publication in France, L’Equipe, reported that Neymar’s test showed that he was infected with the coronavirus.
Positive tests were also confirmed by the Paris Club.
“Three Paris Saint-Germain players have been confirmed to be infected with SarsCoV2,” the French champions wrote.
The other two infected footballers are Angelis di Maria and Leandro Paredes.
The three footballers had to be in Ibiza recently, from where they returned before testing in France.
All PSG players and staff will be examined in the coming days.
The players of the Parisian team rested a little after the Champions League game.
There, PSG reached the final, where they lost to Bayern Munich on 23 August.
