Since September 13. All contact services, economic activities and events are organized (except for the established exceptions) only for people who meet the criteria of the Opportunity Passport. Only people who can present a valid Opportunity Passport will be served by contact.

In addition to the Passport of Opportunity, other documents are valid that prove the fact of a negative result of a vaccine, a disease, a PCR test or a rapid antigen test, a positive result of an antibody test.

  • activities related to the reception of illegal migrants;

  • financial services in which pensions or other social benefits are paid and delivered, other essential financial and mandatory insurance services in which the contact between the recipient and the service provider does not last more than 15 minutes, and the necessary electronic communications services to access electronic services

The Opportunity Passport is available at:

  • when a person has been vaccinated with one of the following vaccines against COVID-19 (coronavirus infection): one week after the administration of the second dose of Comirnaty or Spikevax according to the vaccination schedule;
  • 2 weeks after dose of COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen;
  • 4 weeks but not more than 13 weeks after the first dose of Vaxzevria;
  • after the second dose of the Vaxzevria vaccine according to the vaccination schedule;
  • 2 weeks after a single dose of Comirnaty, Spikevax, or Vaxzevria vaccine in a person with a history of COVID-19 disease (coronavirus infection) and the diagnosis was confirmed with a positive PCR test for SARS-CoV-2;
  • one week after the administration of the second dose of Comirnaty or Vaxzevria, if the first dose of vaccine was Vaxzevria and the second dose of Comirnaty or vice versa;
  • when the subject has a history of COVID-19 (coronavirus infection) and: the diagnosis has been confirmed by a PCR test or a positive SARS-CoV-2 antigen test and no more than 210 days have elapsed since the positive test (but not before) isolation period) or the person has received a quantitative or semi-quantitative serological immunoassay response (less than 60 days for anti-S, anti-S1 or anti-RBD IgG antibodies against SARS-CoV-2), unless the study is conducted outside after vaccination with the COVID-19 (coronavirus infection) vaccine (effective August 16);
  • a person who tested negative for COVID-19 – at least 48 hours (from time of sample collection) by SARS-CoV-2 PCR test or SARS-CoV-2 rapid antigen test for COVID-19 (for coronavirus infection)) to determine; You are a minor under 16 years of age.
