Relatives, colleagues, friends and even fans of the talent of the legendary actress gather on the stage of the theater, where an urn with the remains of G. Balandyt encuentra is found. All of them not only say goodbye to the deceased, but also express their condolences to family members experiencing the painful loss.

The farewell at the beloved G. Balandytė theater will take place on Wednesday until 9 p.m. It will also be possible to say goodbye to the actress on Thursday from 10 a.m. at 12 a.m.

The urn is taken out on Thursday at 12 noon. The actress will lie forever in the Petrašiūnai cemetery.

The will of loved ones is asked to honor a talented artist, a warm person, a personality with a ring of white flowers.

Even diseases break the florist’s life

G. Balandytė spoke about his illnesses and even his sense of humor in the hospital in 2013, giving an interview to the magazine “Šeimininkė”.

“I don’t feel my age at all! Fortunately, I don’t cling to young cavalry (laughs). I don’t understand it myself … For example, I get out of the house, go to the theater, and think, ‘I’ll be solid, serious.’ And nothing comes from my seriousness: I have to walk all the time smiling.

I like to tease myself, tease and criticize myself, especially during rehearsals. Sometimes maybe even ruthlessly … I had to lie in the hospital, and humor is especially necessary there. For example, he was paralyzed in the nervous department of Klaipeda Hospital, where everyone is the same. One woman was all twisted, but her language worked well and I spoke hard.

She says they wouldn’t have been so paralyzed if her daughter had taken her to the hospital right away, but she disagreed categorically because she was working in the garden at the time and her feet were dirty. While her daughter was washing her legs, she got worse … And I turned my mouth and said: “It washes very well in the corpse” (laughs).

And so we joked around with all the paralyzed people all the time, the doctors just shook their heads. Vaivai’s tears flowed as he survived for me. He comes up to me in the living room and, twisting his lips like me, asks, “Should you put on your lips?” (Laughs) And sauce! And when I was transported from the Palanga intensive care unit to the Klaipėda hospital in such a way, I look through a small box and think: “After the thunder, the theater is demolished, where will I be shielded?”

The professor checked my pacemaker and said that it is no longer recovering, and that there is atrial fibrillation, but people live with it, so no cancer. And I say: “Professor, I am also suffering from cancer” (laughs). This is the only possible way. But the moment comes when that “gas” ends and you find yourself in a cesspool. When you feel awfully bad, you get tired of waiting when … when … when …

That waiting for death is very frustrating. I was ready. There were so many sudden losses: Rūta Staliliūnaitė, Algimantas Masiulis, Genutė Pleškytė left. The same doctors treated me too, so I don’t feel … I think: when for me now? Do you know how I feel about life? For me, it is a long day and a long night. The life is a game. We need to see everything with fun, so it will be much more fun to live. “

Asked what is most important to her in life, G. Balandytė said:

“The most important thing for me is my mother. She has been, is and will be. And going to the stage I cross, I look up and for me she is God. The impression is that my brother, my father, my mother take care of me, take care of me. If they left me here, then, I am firmly convinced of that, they warm me … Sometimes they ask: what would you ask if you knew God? I would ask to be allowed to meet another mother. And the most important thing in my life is love. Love of life, grass, milk lint …

And that saves me. There can be nothing without love. I don’t need anything myself. I wish my loved ones were successful. This is my main wish. And when they succeed, I will bloom like a flower by the roadside. “

He received prestigious awards but remained modest

The Lithuanian film and theater actress was born in 1937. on June 27. G. Balandytė has dedicated more than five decades to the theater.

2005 The actress received the Golden Stage Cross for the supporting role of Froilen Schnaider in the musical “Cabaret” at the Kaunas John Kander State Musical Theater. 2006 G. Balandytė received the Government Art Award, and in 2014 she was awarded the Golden Crane Lifetime Achievement Award.

The winner of “Golden Crane” emphasized that it is necessary not to run away from one’s roots, not to avoid speaking and singing in Lithuanian.

“Singularity, singularity: we can be interesting in that, and if so we will level up “Who will we be?” Asked the actress rhetorically.

G. Balandytė also mentioned that contemporary Lithuanian films place too much emphasis on pain and critical experiences.

“It just caught our eye then. Fate sent me both suffering and pain. If I had immersed myself in all of this, the grass around me would not have grown and there would be no people,” said G. Balandytė. – I myself would be angry, vengeful, jealous, angry, and what? What is the meaning?

This space needs to be brighter. And now the understanding that if someone is very black, very desperate or some kind of deformity, it is a true art. Beauty, even feeling, which is infinitely beautiful, is priceless. Even politicians say, “They are emotions, you speak emotions.” But emotions irritate the mind, stimulate thought. After all, humans are not robots. Emotions are feelings, love, feelings of good, evil, the whole spectrum of feelings. So I want diversity in the cinema. “

The award presented by the Lithuanian Film Academy (LiKA), a winch statuette, looked beautiful.

“This winch is perfect, its perfection is in the lines.” Gervė “fills the space with creativity, light and energetically simply extends infinite beauty and aesthetics. I bow down to the sculptor Audrius Liaudanskas for such a beautiful statuette,” said the actress. .

G. Balandytė, famous for her modesty and simplicity, accepted the award with sincere emotion.

“Even in my mind, I didn’t think I would get a ‘capstan’, it’s not worth it. My life was like this: there were many illnesses, a difficult period. I had suggestions to play, but I couldn’t film. It gave life, but I couldn’t bear it Therefore, it was very difficult for me to accept this award, “said G. Balandytė.

It was an honor for friends and colleagues to meet her.

Gražina colleagues do not skimp on the beautiful words of anapilin traveled friend and Delphi He shared warm memories.

“I could talk about it incessantly and without an advantage. In all the meetings when I go to the public, I spend a lot of my time at Gražina. I see that people are most impressed by their stories because they are incredibly colorful, playful. the books “What the public did not see”, which are theatrical. I told her: “You will be in all the books.” I called her my pet, she always called me “my maiden,” said Nijolė Narmontaitė with sensitivity.

The friend assures that when they communicate with G. Balandyte, everyone can feel encouraged.

“He was a man of great kindness, with a great heart. She appreciated her roots immensely. From her lips, the most beautiful memories of her mother, her neighbors when she was a child, whom she met, was the Miltiniai family. Communicating with her at her home or summer house in Palanga, or at the theater, even in the hospital, was a celebration.

We communicate very often in hospitals because she was very ill with her health for a long time. But she is so strong. I am convinced that while she has survived, someone else is different haircutHe certainly couldn’t have done it in years. He was in a good mood, he did not allow him to cry. He already felt so strong, but he was still full of optimism, he was a very brilliant person ”, repeated the interlocutor.

N. Narmontaitė says that Gražina’s health has been declining in recent years, but it has not yet broken down and has been dealt with positive thoughts. “She did not even allow herself to think about the disease. She wanted to live. No matter how difficult it was, she still attended all my celebrations. She was one of my favorite heroes,” says the writer.

Nijole’s last visit to the hospital will stay forever: it was a very delicate moment.

“After the last time I was with her, I cried from Kaunas to Vilnius. I realized that we said goodbye. She spoke very hard. I will never forget that moment. Rolling tears. She took my hand and said:” I love you “, and I also replied: “I love you, Gražinėle”.

When she told me on the phone that she was apparently busy, that I probably wouldn’t visit her again, that we probably wouldn’t see each other again, I quickly got in the car and immediately drove towards her. This time I realized that our real farewell had taken place, “said the actress’s friend, barely holding back her tears.

Gražina’s colleague and her long-time friend are losing their hearts, because losing her is extremely painful, as if she lost a family member.

“I have lost a great friend, a man with a big heart. Everything came back to me: my mother, my girlfriend and my colleague. I loved her madly and I loved her. I am very grateful to have had to accept that personality because he is a man of the capital letter. She was the joy of life. Many could learn from him how to live life, “said N. Narmontaitė.

The actress is convinced that if a person can be called a star, then Gražina was the first shine.

N. Narmonaitė assures that she could count on G. Balandytė’s “bushes” without stopping, she will always remember her friend and colleague with brilliant thoughts.

“On the day of her funeral, I have an event in Radviliškis, I think I will dedicate a large part to it. She would not let me cry. Gražina was a recipient of joy,” the actress gladly ended the conversation.
