The actions of our Government in this situation are more than deplorable. I can say this with confidence, because for two years I represented Lithuania in the Council of Ministers of the Interior and Justice of the European Union, which at that time paid a lot of attention to the huge flows of refugees by sea to Greece, Italy. and other southern European countries. I have seen the leaders of those countries clearly and unequivocally supporting the then EU leaders at the border, rightly saying that this is not a problem for them, but for the EU as a whole, which must be addressed quickly and concretely. Because the border is the entire European Union.

What do we see now? The Interior Minister, who for more than half a year did not understand where it fell, the grandson of Foreign Affairs, who wants to put the problem on the shoulders of Turkey and the head of government, who until recently argued that the EU does not economic Union or political but based on values.

Today we already have more than 1,500 refugees in Lithuania. Obviously, every day there will be more. What does this mean for our government? He found a solitary solution: transfer the problem to the municipalities. Ausma Miškinienė, one of Lithuania’s brightest mayors, addressed the government. She writes that July 9 was exactly the week “Lazdijai and other municipalities are urged to join forces to solve the state problem of housing and the care of refugees.”

“Central government officials have been talking about the threat of this problem in the press and on television screens for several months. For many languages and television reports, it is clear that the responsible institutions and services were not prepared, not they have a plan of action and still cannot manage the current situation. It is obvious that each delayed day only deepens the problems of the refugees, “writes Lazdijai district mayor A. Miškinienė.

It is planned to bring and house 150 illegal immigrants to the small village of Makniūnai in Dzūkija. They stay with an old school. The town itself has a population of 229, according to the latest census. What awaits the villagers, Minister Agne Bilotaite? There will be almost one in two illegal immigrants in the countryside. Of course, they will live freely, they will not be locked up or watched by the army. And they will want to have a tastier bite, and the devil’s drops, and something better to settle down or travel to Europe and have fun. What to do for a lonely rural woman, a lady of respectable age? Maybe leave the cabin right now? Or would all those sunrises and coolers take them home, as they once promised?

I remember when a grandmother with a brilliant memory told me when she escaped from the Russian army. They were also war refugees. He dressed in the most precious cloak, the family heirlooms. Many have probably seen photos or images of poor people fleeing war and foreign armies on dilapidated roads.

And what are today’s refugees like? They are mostly young and old men, equipped with the latest mobile phones, no items, and flying to Belarus by plane. Their transportation is a well-organized business, which the Lithuanian SBGS officials really don’t want to believe in. Until now, we did not even know how many of these pseudo-refugees reside in Minsk, because Belarus has solved the problem itself. According to sources, there are up to a million and a half of them there. So times are waiting to be exciting.

This is the price we pay with you for the impossibility of living with our neighbors and our deplorable and already phony foreign policy followed by Lithuanian number one grandson and political clown March. We have our own designated “President” of Belarus, whose great life in Vilnius and trips abroad we also pay with you. Don’t you think so? The ministry went even further: to the conservative-appointed “president” of Belarus, whose home included a $ 900,000 cash embassy in Lithuania, to which the Minsk official replied: “Among other things, Minsk pointed to democratic representation, thus giving official status to the team of Sviatlan Cichanouskaya, the Belarusian opposition leader, who works in Vilnius. “

And on Wednesday, the government finally decided: Lithuania will build a fence. And why not the Chinese border? After all, you could launder a lot more money yourself. Another hundred million. After all, the Public Procurement Law has been in place for a long time. And it will not be valid until the end of the term.
