“Four new cases of employees have been revealed. Yesterday they started investigating, and today it was clear,” Birutė Šarakauskienė, Deputy Director of Antaviliai Pension, told BNS on Saturday.
Two other new coronavirus cases were confirmed on Friday.
According to B.Šarakauskienė, after identifying new cases, the institution will begin to be understaffed.
“I am currently doing an epidemiological study and I will know who is being told to isolate, how many of those people will be isolated. Now we are still out, but now we will be missing,” he said.
According to the representative of the institution, people who can come to work are sought, but until there are those who accept to work in the institution permanently.
There are currently two staff members left in the department and it is being decided how to further organize the work of the institution.
According to data from the National Center for Public Health on Friday, the facility had 22 cases of COVID-19, identifying 217 exposed people (191 residents and 26 employees).
