Giedrė Žilinskienė is a doctor of medical science and has devoted many years to the protection of children’s health.

She was chair of the board of directors of the Children’s NGO Confederation and chair of the Lithuanian Association of the World Medical Federation for Human Life.

“The deceased followed the basic laws of life: Christian morality, the decalogue, the oath of Hippocrates. Only a kind nature can work with children, especially the sick. Friends and acquaintances call her a brilliant and noble man.

How much effort has been put, persuasive words have been spoken to save the unborn life. How much advice was given to young mothers who were sometimes confused by the situation.

Many will remember this moderate, direct and honorable doctor. Thank goodness for letting us know Giedrė! The peace of the Lord lies in eternity! ”Said the Christian Union.
