We must be the best example for children. Unfortunately, adults also need to be taught that plan for the day and that you can’t eat when you want. Parents themselves should be polite rather than scolded.

After such a list, it often turns out that the child sat at home from morning to night and did not even go out for a whole week. It is nothing to wait for health to arrive. You probably see situations like this too.

– Yes. The false belief that the quarantine will end and the problems will disappear. Unfortunately, this will not be the case. It is best not to lie to yourself or others. I really heard a lot that I gained weight during my quarantine. Not because of quarantine, but because of inadequate child care. How to go out, because it is too cold, how to reduce the time on the computer, after all, we learn to use it … Yes, but we only learn half a day, so what do the other half of the children do? That should be kept in mind, only most parents are not ready to spend that much time with their children. Unhealthy habits give parents peace of mind: the child watches TV, plays on the computer, so that parents are calm. Therefore, now is the time to take a hard line and prepare for the children to rush to the streets quickly, then all kinds of diseases will start.

– This week I received an offer that I had not received, apparently for 15 years – let’s go for a walk. Simply, for no purpose, not to the movies or coffee. Neither the parks nor the forests are closed, you can walk, but how to change that attitude?

– First of all, the parents are expelled, it gets dark too early and they don’t want to leave the children alone. Also, as I am asked, what can be done for a child to lose weight? This basic treatment consists of not eating too much at night. But what if a child goes to the refrigerator at night? Take a hand and go outside. Walk until it is time to sleep and you do not need food. Lots of physical activity outdoors.

– Let’s talk about hardening. Most associate it with water treatments: once a week they go to the pool with their child and think they are getting more difficult. How to harden without a pool and without water treatments?

– Hardening is the exercise of the body against sudden changes in temperature. But the main hardening is that when we have a cold, we learn to warm ourselves and the body is not stressed by the cold. It is a syndrome of grandmothers and mothers when they panic that the child freezes and prepares it so much that the child is sweating. And when you take off or open the jacket, the child gets sick from the cold wind. Let’s not be afraid to prepare less, let the child get used to the difference in temperature.

God forbid, the current child will taste the snow, apparently, the ambulance will have to be called soon, because the babysitting so excessive. And if we allow children to enjoy childhood, they have to try everything and that is how hardening will happen. My kids got tough because when I told them to put on a hat or gloves, they took off. And I had to hold back that if they needed him that way, he had no right to slip. The most important thing for parents is to turn off the fear button in their brain to prevent the child from freezing and allow them to enjoy childhood.

– What about socialization? After all, now our children are “broke” because no one can see with anyone, everyone with masks, only the eyes can see. Is there really such a big problem here that it causes problems for our children?

– In some interviews I said that real socialization only begins after the eighth grade. Let’s see what kindergartens do: they don’t play with each other, they play one by one with the toys that are in kindergarten. We, the family, are the most important people we need to communicate. Babies don’t need socialization at all for the first year, just their mother. After that, enough family members. Yes, teens need to communicate.

Children, the so-called “quarantines”, who were born when they saw people with masks and have passed every year. But these children wonderfully understand body language. And after taking off our masks, we’ll quickly get used to seeing faces without them again. […] I think there will be more stress for parents than children after quarantine. We can get sick, but we can recover easily and in a couple of days. If we are now sleepy, the immune system is numb, the stomach is stretched, then all diseases will not only complicate, but also awaken other diseases.

– And in any weather we go out, taste snow, icicles and harden without expecting any fancy water treatment.
