If a misconduct investigation has been initiated and not completed with respect to said employee, severance pay will be paid to an officer who has reached the age of 65 within 5 business days of the date of the person’s decision. who takes office after the misconduct investigation. Following a decision on the recognition of a person who has held the position of public official for an official offense for which he should be subject to official sanction: dismissal, no compensation will be paid to a dismissed official who has reached 65 years of age.

Relevant reforms were enacted to the Internal Service Law, the Diplomatic Service, the Special Investigations Service, the Prosecutor’s Office, the Organization of the National Defense System and the Military Service, Management Protection, Municipal Administrative Supervision and Electronic Communications Laws. .
