The Commission presented a proposal to admit violations of R. Mažeika’s labor duties and proposed to consider his removal from the post of director due to loss of confidence. Mažeika from his post.
The hospital director is hired through an open competition for five years. The employment contract with the director of a medical institution is concluded and terminated by the Minister of Health.
