It is possible to eat potatoes and dishes made with them in moderation. Choose different cereals. This is an inexpensive and beneficial option for the body. I recommend the daily consumption of unsweetened whole grain dishes, they are suitable for seasoning with sunflower, hemp, flaxseed and other seeds, mushrooms, vegetables and various spices. Don’t forget the nuts, in addition to legumes: beans, lentils, chickpeas can be perfectly saturated by reducing the amount of meat dishes ”, advises V. Kurpienė.
