Health professionals warn that the prolonged quarantine in Lithuania not only responds to people’s psychological condition, but also deepens existing health problems. Dentists fear that masks will only cover people’s smiles, not dental problems that don’t address the risk of tooth loss in a timely manner. We will talk about oral health with the president of the Lithuanian Society of Periodontists, Jūrate Žekonienė.

Most people have fears that are difficult to explain rationally, such as the fear of spiders, public speaking, closed spaces or, conversely, open spaces. When does simple anxiety turn into a phobia and how does it affect a person? Interview with the psychologist Aušra Gudjonyte.
