A total of 810 participants competed in the marathon distance this year.
Long-distance runners Remigijus Kančys (01:05:47) and Vaida Žūsinaitė-Nekriošienė (01:15:57) became the winners of the Rimi half-marathon distance this year. Together with Remigijus, Ignas Brasevičius, an athlete, took the stage and took second place, having overcome the half-marathon distance in 01:05:55. In the women’s category, V. Žūsinaitė-Nekriošienė followed and second place was taken by athlete Loreta Kančytė, who ran 21,098 km in 01:16:16. The fastest participants of the 10 km distance of the Danske Bank Vilnius Marathon “All We People” also won the cup: the track was probably crossed by the athlete Valdas Dopolskas (00:31:43) and the Lithuanian pentathlete Laura Asadauskaitė-Zadneprovskienė (00:37:34).
In the distance of 10 kilometers, the leaders followed and Justinas Kinderis (00:32:05) and Vytautė Budavičienė (00:38:34) took second place. Jaunius Strazdas (00:32:32) and Aurelija Vaiciukevičiūtė (00:40:07) remained in third place.

The winners of the long distances – marathon, half marathon and 10 km – were awarded the winners’ cups, diplomas, cash prizes and gifts from sponsors.
In this year’s event, participants covered up to 6 different distance tracks, each of which could choose a distance based on their preparation.
The organizer of the Danske Bank Vilnius Marathon, the International Marathon, estimates that 6,512 runners participated in the annual event this year.
