Health Minister Aurelijus Veryga said the number of beds for COVID-19 infected patients in hospitals increased from 400 to 663, of which about half are occupied. Over the weekend alone, 60 patients were admitted. “It is a great challenge for institutions to reorganize beds and adapt them to COVID patients,” said A. Veryga.
